How long will it take to get my bike back?
This depends on the service being done to it. As a rule we work on a first in, first out system, However, if it is general servicing we are doing we like to have your bike for a week or so. Bigger jobs will take longer. We will give you an estimate of the time required when you drop off your bike but please don’t hold us to it. In most cases on bigger jobs, something unforeseen shows up and either adds to the process or slows the process.
Can I ship my parts to you?
Yes. People often do this when sending carburetors or suspension to us. Our shipping address is: 210 South Avon St. Gastonia, NC 28054. Please don’t ship us anything without calling first! If we need to order parts for you it will add to the time your parts are here, off your bike.
How much do you charge for a complete bike restoration?
Each bike is approached on an individual basis and is influenced largely by parts availability and the extent of service required. For complete restoration expect to pay roughly the market value of the bike, sometimes a bit more. Usually restoration is done for sentimental reasons not resale. We will also try to get an idea from you what kind of budget you have to work with. Give us a call to arrange an appointment to bring you bike down for us to check out. Or you can email us photos to firstname.lastname@example.orgMake sure to include a call back number in your email. Also, take a look at the Motorcycle Restoration page to get a better understanding of what is involved
